I had a wide range of areas I would consider, and she was prompt for each one, even properties miles and miles away. I even remember offering gas money for her services, which she refused. Jill DeLeo is a saint amongst realtors! My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and we barely knew the ins and outs of a mortgage, let alone an escrow or lien. We met with Jill eager and nervous, and she guided us through each step with helpful advice and a guiding hand. She didn't rest until we found our perfect home, being available whenever we needed to reach out for a quick question or an update. Our excitement was her excitement, she emulating each new piece of good news with the same enthusiasm as my wife and I did. Jill personifies professionalism, never talking down to us when explaining certain aspects of home buying, and also never spoke duplicitously: when she thought that something could be improved or was not optimal in a house, she let us know. Even in the closing process, another realtor might take a step back, but Jill was always there to send emails and phone calls to our mortgage lender and attorney. I would be incapable of not emphatically recommending Jill for any home buying needs. My only regret of finding a house is no longer having Jill there to help us!
